Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or submitting a request for service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Submitting a request does not by itself create a contract or require either party to proceed with work.

Our services

We provide home repair and improvement services such as drywall and wall repair, interior painting, TV mounting, furniture assembly, light fixture installation, and bathtub, shower, and tile refinishing. The services available for a property depend on its condition, location, access, materials, safety requirements, and whether the work is within our authorized scope.

We may decline work that requires a license, permit, specialist, or condition we cannot safely or lawfully address. Website descriptions are general and are not a promise that a particular repair, finish, color match, installation, or result is possible at every property.

Requests, estimates, and project approval

Website and phone submissions are requests for information or service. They do not guarantee availability, an appointment, pricing, or acceptance of a project. A project is confirmed only after we communicate acceptance and the parties agree to the scope, price, scheduling, and any project-specific terms.

Estimates are based on the information and conditions reasonably available when prepared. Concealed damage, inaccurate measurements, inaccessible areas, unsuitable surfaces, code or safety concerns, and other unforeseen conditions may require a revised scope or price. We will seek approval before performing material additional work.

Pricing and payment

Unless stated in an accepted written estimate or agreement, website content is not a binding price quote. Pricing may reflect labor, materials, preparation, disposal, travel, project complexity, and site conditions. Payment amounts, due dates, deposits, and accepted methods will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

Scheduling, cancellation, and access

Appointment windows may change because of traffic, weather, earlier projects, material availability, emergencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any project-specific cancellation or deposit terms will be disclosed before you approve the work. Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and work area, disclose known hazards, secure pets, remove fragile or valuable items, and ensure that an authorized adult is available when required.

Customer-supplied products and materials

If you supply furniture, mounts, fixtures, paint, hardware, or other products, you are responsible for selecting items that are complete, compatible, undamaged, and suitable for the intended use unless we expressly agree otherwise. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, missing parts, inaccurate product instructions, or failures caused by a customer-supplied product.

Existing conditions and finished results

Repairs and refinishing may reveal or be affected by prior work, moisture, mold, movement, corrosion, weak framing, hidden utilities, substrate damage, or other existing conditions. Exact paint, texture, sheen, grout, tile, or finish matches cannot always be guaranteed because of age, wear, lighting, discontinued materials, and normal product variation.

Electrical work, permits, and approvals

Light fixture work is limited to services we may lawfully perform. Projects involving new wiring, circuit modification, panel work, permits, engineering, association approval, landlord approval, or a licensed trade may require another qualified provider. You are responsible for obtaining owner, landlord, or association authorization unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Communications

When you provide contact information, you authorize us to respond about your inquiry or project by phone, email, or text. Message and data rates may apply. You may ask us to stop text messages by replying STOP. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing services.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You may not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, submit false information, scrape the website through automated means, or use its content in a way that infringes another party's rights.

Website text, branding, graphics, and original content belong to Dan Pro Renovation & Repair or their respective licensors and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including maps, communications, analytics, and social platforms. We do not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by the applicable third party's terms and policies.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and its general information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating solely to website use. Any written warranty that applies to completed work will be stated in the applicable project agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Dan Pro Renovation & Repair will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from website use. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updated date on this page. Questions may be submitted through our contact page.
